Our base delivery is a live model in 4D, a technology utilizing software used for popular computer games. The model can be accessed on a PC or Mac. It is also available on a smartphone, however with reduced functionality due to the limitations of the smartphone graphics. Through the model, various marketing materials and communication channels can be generated. These include, but are not limited to:
– VR experience for e.g. events and exhibition monters
– 360 degree videos and images
– Video HD or 4k resolution
– High quality renders for documents, posters etc
A 4D model is a strong communication tool to better understand and showcase urban development and transportation projects. Each model is a digital twin – a virtual counterpart of a physical site including buildings, terrain, infrastructure and vegetation – where new buildings and transit systems are visualized and simulated.
Virtual Reality offers a full immersion into the 4D world, allowing you to show your project on a whole new level and boost stakeholder engagement. Utilizing life-like visual impact, sound, light and movement, VR engage peoples’ senses and allow them to interact with all possibilities of your development project and better understand your vision.
360 degree media captures the visual field of an entire sphere, showing a specific point or walking path as if you were in the shoes of a person photographing/filming it. It gives the viewer the ability to look in any direction of an image or video. 360 images can be viewed on a computer or smartphone, and 360 videos are often hooked up to VR.
4D ads a time dimension to 3D, allowing real-time simulations such as the changes of light and shadows as time passes, or use and traffic flow of a new transit system.
A 4D model has the ability to compile the ideas and plans from multiple stakeholders in one unified visualization. This positively influence urban planning by:
– offer insight on how new buildings and developments will change the urban landscape
– simplify communication of new technologies and ideas
– reduce errors, help manage risk and facilitate better decision-making
– encourage public paticipation and stakeholder collaboration
We work mainly with cities, construction companies, airports and other entities involved in medium and large-scale development projects. We also work with universities and companies in various projects to test and communicate new transit solutions.
