4Dialog technology was initiated in San Jose 2008 by Encitra Inc. and has offices in Santa Cruz, CA, Stockholm Sweden and associate partners in London UK and Washington D.C. Since 2022 4Dialog is responsible for the EnvisionRide program, a global educational project to research the consequences of a future without the car as the main mode of mass transportation.
